Refund policy
Cancellations
You may cancel an order anytime before it has been dispatched. Orders may not be cancelled after the items purchased have been shipped out.
Returns & Damages
We do not accept returns, however, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
If you require a refund for one of the issues listed above and it is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. To be eligible for a refund, you’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
